exporting files from captureone don't print correctly in Lightroom or Photoshop

I've been trying to export a RAW file from CaptureOne as a 16bit Tif with no compression and then print it out of Lightroom but the file is printing darker out of Lightroom. I also tried printing the same Tif file out of Photoshop with the same result. I'm using the latest online CaptureOne software on a mac. Up to this point I have always editing my RAW files with CaptureOne and then proofed these files out of CaptureOne until satisfactory. I then export a full 16bit file which I then import into Adobe Lightroom. I use Lightroom to do my final prints as the templates in Lightroom provide an efficient workflow. I contacted CaptureOne regarding my issue; per their request I sent them my workflow, the CaptureOne file, the exported Tif file etc. They looked into the issue and after a month of back and forth sent this as a response earlier today:

"Thank you for waiting.
We have been looking into this with our engineering teams. We have been able to reproduce this, but we have chosen not to prioritize resources into a fix at this point in time.
 
We can suggest exporting images first in Capture One and printing them in another application.
 
This means that I will be closing the case here, but we have it stored in our system, so in case we hear or experience something similar we still have your report.

Has anyone had this issue and could possibly offer a way to get RAW photos printed out of CaptureOne to print the same as the exported Tifs printed out of Lightroom or Photoshop.

Which is "wrong" C1 or LR/PS? You should always test output using good color reference images designed for that task. The color reference images RGB values are such that they are set for output and are editing and display agnostic. Test the output this way and examine for the same color issues so we know it's not your image-specific issues causing the problems:

IF the images appear fine in Adobe's products, it’s a C1 bug or missetting. That PS and LR match indicate it isn't an Adobe issue and both products do print correctly when setup as they should be.

The issue is exporting a RAW file out of CaptureOne as a Tif and then trying to match the color output printing the Tif file out of LightRoom. using a file that does not fit this criteria would not duplicate the issue.

Then it's a C1 bug and there is nothing you can do.
