I like the subtle, muted tonalities, and the melancholic feel.
While I was driving through rural Indiana, I saw a lot of abandoned farms. Couldn't help imagining better times, with children's laughter, someone struggling to build a better future, their hopes and dreams. Then those children leaving for life in cities, parents getting old and unable anymore to take care of what they have built. Ultimately dying and farms ending up in ruins. Circle of life, yet incredibly sad to witness visually.
