Updateing subscription

Recently received an email stating that my subscription would renew soon and directed me to click on the link to update my payment details, however, when I did so, it brought me to a payment section with no option to change that information. There was, however, a button that would allow me to pay DOUBLE what the subscription was.
I then clicked on the link directing me to customer service. I did and I outlined what I did above and hit send and immediately got this in my inbox:  The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      '[email protected].' on 3/24/2025 10:55 AM
            Server error: 'Invalid recipient'

It's been 3 days since I posted my issue and there has been no response from the moderator, so I assume that the subscription will Double to $24 USD/ year. If that's the case, then I'll only be an observer, since I'm now on a fix income.
