I checked out a YouTube video by "Art is Right" on calibrating the Apple Studio display. However, there was a discussion on this forum a few months ago with the comment that the Studio display was factory-calibrated & required no further calibration from the user. Seems odd to me. I would appreciate some clarification. Thank you so much.
Apple Studio Display is factory calibrated with a precision higher than popular display calibrator measurements, and doesn't need any calibration, especially such as shown in "Art is Right" video on yt.
The only way to recalibrate it properly is to use reference grade spectroradiometer or pseudo-XYZ colorimeter (Photo Research: PR-740, PR-745, or PR-788, Colorimetry Research: CR-300, CR-250 or CR-100) costing from 5500$ to tens of thousand $
