Need Help - Fall Color in Oregon is STILL there by this time of the Year ?

Dear All,
Greetings from The Netherlands.

I am a Nature Photographer and am thinking to visit Oregon to shoot Multnomah Waterfall with Fall Color/Red Leaves in the fore/background.

I am not sure if it is too late for Fall Color this year or I still can get them.

If anybody has knowledge/experience about it, would be great to hear from you.

Update : This is what I got by 17th Nov and 20th Nov.

And in and around Portland City, it was like this till I returned back to Europe on 26th Nov-
