We don't often seem them around here but last night's solar storm really delivered!
They were visible to the naked eye but a 20s exposure brings out a lot more.

Impressive colors. Around here it was cloudy and city lights ruin the sky anyway but some local photographers moved 20-30 km north and got good shots although not as vibrant as yours.
