Well you've got to admit, it's different from the old "The 6th Sheik's, sixth sheep's sick", type of tongue twister ..?
Anyhoo, for some reason over the past few months, I seem to have been fortunate enough, to randomly stumble across several rather subtle sunset scenes. Now it is a very rare thing, to see both the words 'Subtle' and 'Sunset' used in the same sentence these days. But here it is and there they are..!
One shot in Scotland at my local go to beach and the other three from over in Ireland. Where we have just been for a several week photographic tour around the entire country -
"going back to ma roots" as it were, because that's where my grandfather came from - you know as in the surname I am stuck with of "Hickey"? Which apparently meant healer in Ireland and which was really quite revered back in the day? But that Americans now find very amusing, as they use it to mean a teenage "love bite" or something. So every time we go over to the States and we sign in to a Motel and they ask for my surname? As soon as I say "Hickey", they start to giggle.... Ho hum?
