Great set !
Interesting they terraced the area in #2 to catch the humidity coming up the valley. Clever.

Thanks. Agricultural terraces are always impressive. In Oman for centuries they have created a system of "falaj" that channels the water from the mountains using gravity. Similar to what was done in the Portuguese island of Madeira, where they are called "levadas".
