Nozzle check pattern all black Epson 7880

My nozzle check pattern came out like this and it just prints all black if I print anything, with ink running off it.
Any ideas please? The printer had been stood for a few days and this was the first print off.

Stood is the past tense and past participle of stand, which means to be upright or in a vertical position.  Did you ever have the printer in a position other than its normal position?

It can also mean stationary or undisturbed. A train can stand at a platform.

The printer has been unmoved. To the best of my knowedge anyway.
