The dust storm was particularly bad when we got there in the late afternoon. So bad that you could taste the dust in the air. I am still cleaning the muck out of my camera from this shoot and that was way back in October..
Luckily for us, the high winds blew themselves out by the following day.
Shot 1 shows what it was like when we arrived in the late afternoon.
Shot 2 is the sunset later on the same day, but shot through high wind and with lots and lots of dust in the air.
Shot 3 is the following morning. The wind had gone, but so had the clouds and any interest in the sky.
Shot 4 is an abstract of the patterns in the sand, before it all got covered in footprints again.
Just didn't give ourselves enough time in the park, to get anything more than these shots. So we might just have to go back one day
