Not sure what it is, but I like it.

I'm guessing it's a view of the outside, shot through an iced up window, but focussed on the ice  ;D

David, appreciate your comment.  Dave, no iced windows where this was taken.  I used photoshop to create the sense of being engulfed in a winter storm.

I like the effect very much! The sense of being drawn into a storm is very present.
