Fiery first sunset of spring
« on: March 21, 2024, 12:37:06 pm »

This cloud was looking like it was going to do something interesting so I made a quick visit to the nearby creek after dinner last night to see what it was going to do.
My prediction came to fruition and for a few minutes it looked like it was on fire. I had a 6 stop ND with me but for a larger diameter lens so I just carefully held the filter in place for the 5s exposure.

Really good.

Thank you Paulo! The sunset streak was a short one and it's been pretty gray since then.
