I had a half dozen canvas prints today, all different sizes. When changing my custom paper size to a shorter length the previous longer paper size was where the printer cut it. The only way to fix it was to reboot the printer. This does not happen every time but is happening more and more the past 6 months. A pretty big deal when it runs an extra foot or two of canvas and than cuts it.
