Epson 7880 stuck in power clean cycle.

Tried doing a power clean on my 7880, it got stuck in a cycle where it never got above about 29% before dropping back down to 1%. I had a similar problem before when doing an INIT FILL and found this solution so I tried this but it didn't work.

Any ideas please?
