Hi,
I have suddenly been getting ink marks in the right-hand side border (as it comes out of the machine).
It seems that the head must be brushing against the paper in varying degrees of severity, sometimes a slight mark, other times, much worse.
I have set, all from "Automatic": the head to "Highest", Vacuum Strength to "Strongest" and Roll Tension to whatever the highest is. This all helped but every now and then it happens again.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I would be most grateful!
