Wonderfully composed! I like the placement of the persons. The man in the background seems to keep an eye on the woman. The place looks vast and empty and I can hear the echoes of her footsteps. Of course, B&W is perfect.
Also, I like the vertical and horizontal lines along with the chessboard tiling of the floor.

francois and Bob_B, thanks for your comments.  francois, I agree with your comment concerning the man in the background.  In my imagination, he is checking on her that she is going to where she is allowed to go.
