The smoke makes for some very interesting sun pictures. But wow, all the way from Canada, and the haze is still that thick.

Thank you gentlemen. Yes, I also think there are some sunspots visible.
I think the smoke first arrived to Europe affecting several northern countries, including Iceland. In Portugal, the first territories to be affected were the islands of Azores.
