June flowers

A few I've taken over the past few weeks. Mostly lower altitude blooms (7-9k'), the higher stuff still needs more time.

Fantastic vistas and flowers. My favorite is the last one, those indian paintbrushes (?) glow in this light.
Bravo.

I like them all, Matt, but the next-to-last is my favorite. I like the juxtaposition of the flowers against the dramatic sky.

The final two are exquisite. There seems to be haze in the first two - works for some images but not here (at least to my way of thinking).

For me,.. the second from last, is special,... natures "drama" is often hard to find.

thanks

Thanks! Those last two were bonus shots on the way home. Glad I stopped again when the light did its thing!

Thanks Rajan. Yeah the conditions were not great for the first couple

Thanks Peter! I had good fortune that evening with light but the road turned to grease mud after a downpour and made me wonder if I'd make it back home!

Great set, Matt!

Thank you Eric!

Thanks and I agree it is hard to find but I'm often searching for and chasing it.
