GSDNP - an overnight
« on: May 03, 2023, 12:42:35 pm »

My wife and I took a quick trip to the dunes over the weekend which was really nice. That place is pretty magical!
We camped there at a spot my wife had to reserve 6 months ago. That made making it to shoot sunset and sunrise not too hard.
The creek here, Medano Creek isn't always flowing but usually does for some period of time in the spring. This time it was pretty full compared to other years. Nice to see.

Love the dune lines in the 4th and the person in the 5th, who gives a sense of scale.

Great shots. I also like the lines and simplicity of the 4th photo.
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks everyone! I like the fourth one the best as well.
It's interesting because that was kind of an instinctive snap whereas some of the others were much more calculated and careful. Just how it goes sometimes.
