Virtual Terminal
« on: March 15, 2023, 12:36:01 am »

I was with Payezee, which was ok, but bought by Clover, with very crummy customer service. Anyone using a virtual terminal with a company with great customer service? thanks.

It seems to be a recurring theme. I was with PayMate until that folded then PayPal which was fine and then they ceased cards payments also. Now with Square.

I don't worry too much about customer service but it has to be easy to use, reliable and have a catalogue with a search heirachy.

Perhaps inventory is a better word.
I mean that if you sell food and drinks then you click on food and it shows Eggs Benedict, bacon and eggs etc and if you click drinks it has corona, juice etc.
It saves having everything you sell listed in one giant list.
Then you can also get a total for food and a total for drinks.
I needed that I was selling for a number of artists and you need to know a total for each.
It may not be necessary for you.
