When Do The Leaves Bud in Portland, OR

So I am bidding on a project in Portland for an upcoming film to produce two big backdrops and they need leaves on the trees.  We are trying to figure out timing right now and/or if we will need to edit in leaves.

When do the leaves start coming out in Portland?

Some trees are "starting" now. If you want them at their best, when they are all fully leafed out but still in that springtime glowing state, that's usually around the end of April.
