Touch Screen Phase One IQ3
« on: February 07, 2023, 02:39:38 pm »

The touch screen of a Phase One IQ360 back is only partially working.
The lower edge and the corners aren't working.
Does somebody know this problem? Is there a way to reactivate it, or do I have to replace it.
Thanks,
Ben

This happened to my wife's back a few years ago, albeit slightly different in how it was effected.  Initially they sent it to P1 in NJ to be recalibrated, which fixed the problem for a couple months.  Eventually it needed to be sent back to P1 in Europe to have the screen replaced.
