Canon Powershot S3IS

I know this is a starter camera for most of you, but that is what I am, new to the Photo world and this forum.  

I am looking for a wide angle and telephoto lens for this camera.  I have viewed several different websites and viewed some awesome lenses that retailed as much as $6,000.00, but I don't think this is the camera for that big guy  , does anyone have any recommendations?

For that camera I think your options begin and end with the canon wide angle and tele converters.

If you want macro there is a close up filter that will work.
