HP Z3200 Cartridge Error

Printer display shows LM cartridge "Ink Cartridge Faulty". Replacing with new cartridge yields same error.

Anyone with ideas on how to fix?

If you bought the cartridge from HP you can call them and tell them you're getting an error on the cartridge and they might send you a new one just to rule out that you may have happened to get 2 bad cartridges in a row.

Check and clean at least the contacts of both the cartridge and the cartridge slot. Then take out another cartridge(preferably the newest cart) in the printer as well. Insert the faulty one, then the one that gave no error. I have a similar issue with one Z3200 and this process works for me, I think in my case it is the Magenta and I use the Chromium Red one as the one to insert last . No warranty on the method though.

Finally fixed the LM issue with a newly purchased LM cart. That's done. Now working on other print issues.
