Morning Dew
« on: November 04, 2022, 01:47:21 pm »

It was just one of those mornings, where everything was dripping with twinkling drops of dew and the light was soft and utterly gorgeous.

It's a beauty with all these fine details in the trees and the small colorful leaves. As David and nirpat89 wrote above: subtle and gentle are very appropriate for this photo.

Thanks guys  ;)

We were about 2 hours into our 10 hour drive back down to Sheffield, on one of my regular visits to see my mom in the care home she now lives in and we always stop here for our morning coffee if we are not running too late. So even though I have photographed this area quite a lot (link here) over the years, I am photographing it even more so now. But on this particular morning, the whole place had an atmosphere, that felt a little more special with all that lovely misty morning light. So I choked down my coffee as quickly as I could and then jumped out, to grab a few shots of it before getting back on the road for the next 8 hours and this is the result.

Glad you all seem to like it  ;D

Another latecomer here, but I'm glad you got to jump out and get some shots, Dave. The result is really beautiful.
