Problems with Lightroom CC Albums

When I create a collection in LR Classic CC and make a custom photo order, this order does not show in the album in Lightroom CC. Also, when I want to share an album with others on the Web, when I create a link, the Web view of the album has the shoot date as the title, rather than my custom name for the album. There is an option to customize on the Web, but the changes don't stick with the album and I have to redo them every time I create a new link to share with. Am I missing something or this really this bad. I have tried searching Adobe info and other info on the Web, but can't seem to find the answers there.

This used to work much closer to how you expect.

Now I find the best way is to do all the custom ordering in LrWeb and in the Display option. You can share the link as many times as you want. What breaks the custom ordering is when you add a new photo to the collection. Adobe know about this, but who knows how soon it'll be fixed?
