Art Storefronts (or similar)
« on: September 02, 2022, 11:47:55 am »

Lately I've been inundated with ads for Art Storefronts on Facebook. I assume there's other companies providing this service. Anybody use them, or, a "remote" printing service?

I have two questions. What's their take, and, second, and maybe even more important, how do you deal with a return from, ahem, "that" customer? You're never involved in making this product, have never even seen it, no power over it, so, are you solely obligated to deal with a reprint and the costs involved? And then there's the customer who is hardly ever happy (I used to work in photo labs, I'm sure that 10 percent still exists), and insists on multiple reprints. How is that dealt with?
