In 'When 20 megapixels is really 50 megapixels', Jim Chung shows several 50Mpx vs 20Mpx images one on one, but he doesn't explain the % of crop we are seeing. Since both images are the same size, at least one of them has been rescaled. I guess the left 50Mpx image is a 100% crop and the right 20Mpx image has been upscaled to fit the size, but the article mentions nothing.
