Started about a month ago on my Epson P8000, noticed all the reds were missing. Nozzle check is perfect and "Printer Manages Color" print outs are close. Using the P8000 canvas Matte profile in either photoshop or Lightroom does not work. I make a custom profile for the canvas and it prints pink for magenta and orange for red. In the picture below the far left print is Printer manages color and the two on the right are the Epson profile and my custom profile. Any profile I try does not work. Any ideas?
On a Mac still with Catalina.

Not an expert by any means, but this may help point you in a direction.
Apparently a security update in Catalina messed with how profiles are seen.

Also, I didn't test because upgrading to Monterey fixed it for me, but I saw something where changing permissions on profiles also worked.

After upgrading to Monterey my ICC profiles for my p800 and p6000 vanished, reinstalling the drivers fixed that. Note that this is only for the Epson built-in profiles, all the other profiles were still there.

As far as I understand his post, Dan is still on Catalina. The ICC-Bug belongs to Big Sur/early Monterey, AFAIK.

So there might be another issue on his system.

BTW: Dan, how is printing from different applications / on different media /with different printers?

I printed with my other P8000 that is converted to dye sublimation and same thing, all the profiles are bad.
I just finished deleting both P8000's and they both seem normal now. So I wonder what happened. What about the other 6 printers I have? Man I hope it did not affect all of them.
Still on Catalina, not sure if I want to do the upgrade with all this hardware.
