P900 and paper curling

My wife has been printing lots of note cards on the P900 using Red River card stock. She has found that the printer is very sensitive to the slightest curl in the card, resulting in a corner getting caught and bent during printing. She had been getting around this by ironing each card just before printing to make it perfectly flat. But better if there is a printer adjustment we could use. Ideas?

I assume "note cards" could also mean greeting cards.  I don't have a P900, but on my 3880 this can be an issue with the 60lb Pecos Gloss card stock.  The only real solution is to gently bend each card immediately before printing. I have switched to the 96lb stock and it's no longer an issue, provided the paper thickness and platen gap are set appropriately.  The problem I find with either stock is the paper feed.  It's difficult to feed more than one at a time.

All single sided paper will warp over time. A double sided paper is more expensive but is far more resistant to warping.

It's not just the P900. All of the sheet fed printers like that are very sensitive to any warp in the paper. I have a Canon Pro-1000 as well as a number of Epson printers, and it too does this. Any warp in the paper at all and it doesn't want to take it.
