Indeed Otis....the driver...is a retired firefighter ..so hes likely ready for just about anything

he does DRIVE...so the reason for his hauling his bike...[ an  Otis Guy® bicycle ]  behind a tiny motor bike remains a mystery...

In fact, he is a true legend! I cannot remember when I heard his name for the first time but it was very long ago.
