Nice vista but my eyes don't stay on the volcanic rocks… They go directly on the lake and then further away. The rocks act as gate's doors.

Nice shot. But don't try to get close to Myvatn during midge season.

It was midge season--late June! We were very fortunate to be there on a very windy day and the midges were kept away.
