Of course for this one you used a macro lens about three inches from the bee?

i used my ever present canon  24-105 MM f/4 lens. at least thats what lightroom "saw" as the lens.

the luminosity was perfect.  details that might otherwise have nor been "visible" made a fine showing. I cant image the light having been any netter.
