By the Light of the Moon

...except for the glow from the house in the distance. Longish exposure at about 10 pm, once a day-long snow storm took a break.

Truly lovely, Arlen. I remember moments like this when I lived back east, but can't say I wish we had these in Arizona!

Great light for this winter landscape.
Lovely indeed. Inviting despite the cold snow. The warm tones on the snow lure you right in toward the more pronounced light. I bet you had to work at it to create that night mood ambiance. Excellent work.

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the feedback.

John, yes, you hit the nail on the head. My biggest concern was re-creating that same night time feeling I had when it was shot, so I concentrated on that quite a bit. Otherwise it could have looked pretty much like a daytime scene.
