ipf 8400 error code 03800500-2f2f. Which printhead??

Came back from a 2 week trip. 
Went to print on my ipf8400 and got the 03800500-2f2f   error code.  Turn off and turn back on.
Printing normally now, but with my weak google skills this is likely a print head issue.  It is time.  I get about 2yrs out of the printheads and it has been 2++ years since they were replaced.  Printer is used intermittently and has handled that misuse well.
What I can not tell- is this a code for the right or left printhead?
Thought someone here may know.

I found this...with a bit of luck you might have solved the problem...

I have replaced a number of heads on the ifp8400 and this code did not look familiar for head replacement - hopefully it's not a head.
