I have been unable to print on Canson Aquarelle paper (about 24 mils) with the Epson p900 printer, front tray. I am a Mac user; 10.14.6. 1) I have to load the paper several times before finally it loads. I am aware of using the proper marks in loading the paper. 2) I always get a message that my paper does not match printer settings. I've tried printing with the stand alone Epson Print Layout, Capture One 22, and through Photoshop CS6. I don't see any difference between the settings on the printer LCD and the print settings in EPL, Capture One, or Photoshop. 3) I tried to run the Aquarelle through the back feeder, but it won't load. It appears to be too thick.
Am I missing something or is there a problem with printing on Canson Aquarelle? If you have been successful, what is your workflow?
