importing jp2 files

Hello,
C1 is supposed to recognize JP2 files, and my version 20 does. But it won't display full resolution files, all I get is a fuzzy copy and the message that "proxy creation failed". Does anyone know what that means and why it happens or how to import these files at ful resolution?
