Identifying an Epson paper
« on: January 04, 2022, 09:28:30 am »

I have a few boxes of 8.5x11 prints that have a pattern of branding on the rear Epson professional paper’ (see attached). They have a ‘sheen’ and are quite thin (approx like a c-type). Can anyone identify the paper? Perhaps a Luster ?

I'm pretty sure it must be Epson Luster. A pic of the front wouldn't show much except for the printed image.
Thanks though

Well that's kind of the point...

If it's thin and luster-y then it's probably either Luster or Semi-gloss.  I don't recall off the top of my head there ever being a thin version of luster, but there is one of semi-gloss (170gsm).  However, sometimes sheets come in different weights than the rolls that i'm used to.
