A Good Way to Start the Day
« on: December 26, 2021, 11:21:55 am »

Fog came in, receded, came back in again and half way through my breakfast sandwich, this appeared and lasted for about two minutes, time enough to run grab my camera, beat it down the stairs to the end of the dock and snap off a six-shot hand-held pano, stitched together in Photoshop....

Magnificent, Chris!
+1.

The lesson is: Never start breakfast until you are certain nothing interesting photographically is going to happen for at least an hour.

(Of course my personal rule is: Never look outside to see if there is anything worth photographing until brekfast is finished.)

Look like a bit of magic, the reflection is incredible with the lingering fog.

Thanks for the kind comments. I think Eric's advice is good...things change around here in the morning faster than *#&* through the proverbial Christmas goose.
