Tuck it in a corner or doorway and reach into a room, put it partially up a staircase, etc. Or can put on landing/roof and have point downward. Sucker is exceptionally flexible.
Very small footprint, but VERY stable and perfect if you're tired of tripping over boom stand legs and/or work in tight spaces. Can also be used as normal stand by simply aiming boom upward.
