Camera Raw 14.0

I am a subscriber to the Adobe Photoshop CC set of apps. The Apps screen says all my apps are "up to date". Camera Raw is Ver. 13.4 though Adobe just released Camera Raw Ver 14.0. What is the best way to upgrade both Photoshop and Camera Raw?

It can take a few days for the CC server to update all users.

Why is that? I can only imagine 2 reasons. They fear that too may downloads will crash their servers, or they fear software bugs and want to limit damage to a few guinea pigs?

Yes you can only imagine.
No different than OS updates for computers and phones. Apple updates take a few days for WORLDWIDE update migration. Android is a week. So what?
Guinea pigs? Absurd. Don't upgrade!
You're moaning it takes too long while “suggesting” those that do so when first available are guinea pigs.
The absurd is the last refuge of a pundit without an argument.
