I don't have that particular bag, but I do have a Think Tank Airport Security and a Glass Taxi.  Both are well made.

I have the airport security, and it is great.
In looking for a travel bag I prefer wheels.

For a backpack, I would look for something more ergonomic ( although most of the ergonomic photo-backpacks are too big for carry-on).  For your own health, it is preferable to use a backpack which puts the weight of the bag on your hips by using a waist strap.  Real hiking bags do not put substantial weight on your shoulders.

I waited four months for the Airport Security bag and it's the best bag for me at this time:

1) I don't backpack. So, the wheels are a Godsend. I suggest you look at Kinesis gear for backpacking. http://www.kgear.com/

2) It has strap handles on all sides so removing it from carry-on overhead bins is convenient. Very well engineered.

3) It can hold all my gear: 1Ds Mark II w/ 24-70 f/2.8 attached, 70-200 f/2.8, 400 f/2.8, camera battery charger, portable 40 GB hard drive, and still have room to spare.

4) Excellent construction with plenty of different sized foam inserts.

5) Many zippered pockets for passport, cell phone, filters, etc.

Don't leave home without it...
