DAM for Non-Photographers

Is there any particular DAM software you would recommend for those who don't need to do sophisticated digital image processing,
especially anything that is particularly well suited for a small business (in other words, inexpensive and easy to use)? Less for photographers
than for clients of photographers. I am referring to software with some kind of library function.
