Productive week

The leaves are starting to change but most aspens are still green. So I've been monitoring things and getting out a bit more than in the recent cloudless smoky days.
I took my truck camper out for a quick overnight to do some moonlight landscapes and catch sunrise one night. Pretty nice but the aspens are still mostly green and it was cold! 25 degrees and no heat in the camper yet.
Then I worked my desk job all day and we got some great clouds. So I just headed to the nearby creek to see what I could get with the dramatic light and clouds. I tried for some lightning but struck out with that. The rainbow was a good consolation.

Thanks John! I may need to redo those when the color comes. Hopefully it won't all blow down first.

Great set, I especially like the first one. The golden light on the second is is fantastic.
Yes, as you say, it was truly a very productive week!
