Those on the upper left seem to have wings but they are out of focus. I'd say there are some kind of flying thingies
The round ones under the body near the leg are probably water droplets. OOF as well
And under the beak most probably pieces of feather, since the bird is preening. There are also pieces of material to be seen on the dark part of the plumage.
Some can be easily eliminated. Thanks
