Backlit transparency film

I'm looking for transparency film, and backlight frames.

The idea is to print large-scale photos ( say 1 x 3 meters) on backlight film using my Epson 9900, and illuminate them from the back, using (preferably) an LED light source.

In the past, I've used SIHL 3166 ClearSTICK, with good results. Shades of Paper carries it, but shipping to Canada is expensive. Do anyone know of anything comparable, or a Canadian supplier for the SIHL film? I'm looking for a removable adhesive, just in case I want to change photos.

Also, I've been unable to find a commercial frame with light source, and would prefer to purchase something instead of having to build them. Any ideas? I would expect that folks in the commercial sign business might have some thought, but haven't been able to find anything.

Thanks - that gives me some options to explore.
The PhotoGlow panels look nice.  I'm looking to go bigger than their maximum size, but they might be a good first step.
