Epson 9900/Custom Paper Size under Big Sur
« on: April 13, 2021, 09:38:31 am »

I have encountered a strange issue with my Epson 9900 after upgrading my OS to Big Sur and downloading the latest print driver from the Epson website. The standard and the Custom Paper sizes I had previously configured running Mojave are still there and work fine. However, I tried several times to make a new Custom Size for a test print (16"x22") and it keeps printing out at a paper size of 16"x16", with part of the image on the long side cut off. The weird thing is that everything looks fine in the Print Driver window in showing the correct size of the paper, the proper orientation of the image, and the image fitting within the outline of the paper size. Has anyone else noticed this weirdness with Custom Paper sizes?
TIA.
