South rim is likely the only side open unless all the snow has melted on the North rim.
There are a number of viewpoints along the South rim, including the rim trail that are car accessible. Check with the park website about where they allow driving and parking these days. One trail down into the canyon half way is the S Kaibab.

It will be busy on the S rim, even that early in the summer season.
