I am getting horizontal banding and tried to do a Print Head Adjustment on my Epson 3880. I tried doing it automatically using Print Utility (Mac OS) and manually using the printer.I loaded the paper and initiated the process. In both cases one sheet of paper printed just four sets of squiggles and then I got an error message. The message on Print Utility was "Auto Adjustment Error. Solve the Problem on the product". The message on the Printer was "Paper Sensor Error. Load the correct paper". In both cases I tried both Luster and Matte, as directed. And yes, I did check off the correct paper. Help! Now what?
