Very, very clean. Damn near new in appearance. Just minor signs of use and has never seen water, let alone the salt variant. All smooth and just like it's designers intended.
One BIG benefit of the modular design and the ability to fold the legs to an inverted position is that packing it is a breeze:

1. Remove the legs and open the leg attachment points flat and you can pack the base and legs as separate items. Saves room with no odd, long trapezoidal shape to try and stuff in a longer-than needed bag.
2. Fold the legs inverted so your head sits under the base plate between the wide section of the legs which makes for a much shorter package.
